I’m trying to give my legs a break, so this morning I logged two miles on the eliptical and about 45 minutes with free weights focusing on arms and abs.
D bought me a pair of workout gloves as a pre-birthday gift to protect my hands so I finished up with about 10 minutes of rowing at 40 pounds.
Walking home we snacked on some trail mix, but I was really looking forward to lunch!
Ham wrap with veggies and some black beans for a little extra protien – YUM! 🙂
