This may be a question I pose more than once, I certainly haven’t figured it out yet. This morning I started with two pieces of cinnamon toast, topped with a little almond butter – this was too much! I dragged through my three mile run, and was still starving when done.
After run:


Double tall rice milk latte (yum!), vanilla greek yogurt, and a cup of kashi go lean and raw oats.
