Okay I tried posting multipule times, but today just wants to be split up. šŸ™‚
Breakfast was protien rich and thankfully filling after my morning run – it was busy at work, I had no time for snacking!
Lunch was an easy combo of leftovers:


Green salad topped with salmon spread (like tuna salad!), and tomatoes fresh from my Grandma’s greenhouse!
I did find time for snacking this afternoon though:


All and all I am MUCH happier with today’s choices!
Dinner tonight will be ground turkey in red sauce over spaghetti squash – I am loving fall! šŸ™‚
